Lucky Leaf review and GIVEAWAY FOR 10 WINNERS!!!! **CLOSED**

WILTON HEART SHAPED PAN GIVEAWAY SPONSORED BY LUCKY LEAF
Wilton Excelle Elite 9-Inch Heart Pan
I almost fell over when Lucky Leaf told me they were going to not only provide me with a sample of their delicious Premium Pie Filling to sample, but they were also going to send me a heart shaped measuring spoons and a Wilton heart shaped pan and giveaway the same pan to 10 of my lucky readers!

Lucky Leaf got their start by selling fresh applesauce, but soon began making  ready-to-use pie filling when American women became busy with more than just housewife duties! Today, they offer a wide selection of ready-to-use pie fillings including Premium Cherry, Apple, Blueberry, Lemon, Red Raspberry, Lite, and Crème.

I was also provided with a Sweetheart Cherry Cake recipe, so I got right to work making my Valentine's Day cake! The recipe involved mixing the filling right in the batter, something I have never tried.  So I baked and I decorated and here is how it looked:

It tasted DELICIOUS!!! I have used pie filling on occasion for cake filling, but Lucky Leaf's taste far exceeds the taste of the other fillings I have purchased. I decided to use chocolate frosting because, well, who doesn't like chocolate covered cherries! The cherries tasted so fresh and flavorful. Other canned filling sometimes has an artificial taste to it, but not this one. This is one of my favorite cake recipes to date.  I can now say that I will be a life long customer of Lucky Leaf!

If you are a baker, or wannabe baker like me, then you should definitely have this product in you pantry.
