Product review:
I had the pleasure to review Pamela's Products decadent chocolate cake mix. The chocolate was very rich and enjoyable. The cupcakes baked up beautifully and evenly and came out very moist and delicious. You would never know that this is gluten or wheat free by tasting it. If you are gluten intolerant, then Pamela's Products will be your new best friend. I would even highly recommend this cake mix even if you have no problem with gluten. My husband told me that I need to scrap my other cake mixes and buy this one from now on. He said, and I quote "You have made a lot of cakes over the past year, but this taste is the most memorable". It does not get much better than that! Rating: My kids are the ones who rate edible goodies and they gave these cupcakes 2 thumbs up! I could not agree more.
