Product Review Monday: Batter Up Kids Review and GIVEAWAY!!! **CLOSED**

Batter Up KIDS!

As one of the first kids cooking schools established in the United States 20 years ago, Batter Up Kids mission is to actively involve kids in the kitchen by offering fun-filled cooking activities that are combined with wholesome creative recipes. Their Kids Cooking Shop offers the most popular kids cookbooks, a huge assortment of aprons and chef wear, and gives kids the chance to cook and bake like pros with cool kitchen ware and groovy kitchen gadgets.

You may have noticed that my daughter is frequently with me in the kitchen. My son, however, always passes on the opportunity to bake with me. Desperate to find a way to get him involved, I turned to Batter Up Kids. They offer a huge selection of products for children and I was pleased to find products that would appeal to a 6 year-old boy!

Here are the two great products that my son fell in love with:

The Mix Spatula Baseball Logo

The Bakeware Sports Ball Pan

The spatula is great! I am a bit jealous that my children are starting to accumulate better quality kitchen tools than I own. It is super sturdy and built to last. The size is great and works well in a small child's hand but is not so small that I can't "borrow" it on occasion (or all the time).

The Sports Ball Pan is made by Wilton and is a lot of fun as well. It takes 1 standard cake mix to create so it is perfect for a small family to enjoy. If you needed to make a cake for a larger party, you could actually put the ball cake on top of a sheet cake for a fun sports cake. In fact, I will probably do this for my son's birthday this year. The cake baked up nicely and did not stick to the pan at all.      Jackson had a great time baking and decorating his cake. He accepted very little help from me and I was so happy that he finally got involved in the kitchen and took ownership of this cake.
If you have children, then I highly recommend Batter Up Kids. They have a ton of products appeal to children and their mothers!

Pros:  The products offered at Batter Up Kids are so vast, there is something to suite any kid's personality. I loved that they have an assortment of products for boys! The two products I received were in perfect condition and are priced right. Their website offers recipes and decorating ideas.

Cons: There are no cons... any company that can get my son excited about cooking has no flaws in my book!

Win it here: Batter Up Kids is offering 1 lucky reader their own mix spatula and sports ball pan!
