I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to review the Iris Honey Pot. The handcrafted pot is decorated with beautiful periwinkle and plum Japanese irises. The pot came with a wooden dipper and lid and is date stamped on the bottom side. It was well packaged for shipment so I would not be concerned about the products breaking in the mail. This pot is very attractive and I am tempted to throw a tea party just so I can serve my guests honey out of this pot! I certainly do not use honey on a daily basis, but the pottery is so beautiful, that I am going to keep it visible on my dining room buffet all the time. After reviewing the honey pot, I have full confidence in the quality products created by Emerson Creek Pottery and feel that any mother or grandmother would be thrilled to receive a piece (or more!) for Mother's Day.
