The ThinkGeek Origami Colander is truly the most innovative product I have had the chance to review to date. It is a standard size colander that folds flat when it is not in use!
Here is my Origami Colander in use. It fit the same amount of food that our old one did.
When you are ready to store, you simply unlock the sides and it fold completely flat!
If it is possible to fall in love with a kitchen product, then I am smitten! It is super easy to click this in and out of place. I love that mine is red and it is dishwasher safe. The plastic is heavy so I am not worried about it breaking easily. This is truly a must have for all you moms who are lacking in space (and who could not use a little more storage room!) The colander retails for $19.99 and is worth every penny.
A little about ThinkGeek: ThinkGeek started as an idea. A simple idea to create and sell stuff that would appeal to the thousands of people out there who were on the front line and in the trenches as the Internet was forged. ThinkGeek started as a way to serve a market that was passionate about technology, from programmers, engineers, students, lovers of open source, to the masses that helped create the behind-the-scenes Internet culture.
In addition to the product reviewed above, ThinkGeek sells t-shirts, apparel, toys, gadgets, home & office products, computer stuff, caffeine & edibles, electronics, kids products, and books.
Buy it here: You can buy ThinkGeek products from their website.
Win here: ThinkGeek is offering one lucky Cake Mom reader a $50 (USD) gift certificate to their online store!!!
