Foodie Friday: Girard's Dressing Review and GIVEAWAY - 5 WINNERS! **ENDED**

Girard's Salad Dressings are made with fine and fresh ingredients. Known for their triangular bottle and high quality, the company has released three new exciting flavors: Apple Poppyseed, Creamy Balsamic, and Peach Mimosa. 

Girard’s has partnered with Epicurious.com to create the Everyday Elegance, which combines recipes and cooking tips with guest entertaining and family mealtime advice while offering readers new ways to experience Girard’s beyond the tossed salad.

In addition to the new dressings, I was given a bottle of Champagne dressing to try. I loved the way the dressings were packaged and I hoped that each of them tasted as good as they looked! Each of the dressings had a very distinct flavor. Aside from ranch dressing, I prefer sweet dressings so I was partial to the Peach Memosa and Apple Poppyseed dressings.

• The Peach Memosa was delicious!  It had just the right amount of sweetness. I enjoyed it in a classic salad with meats and cheeses. It was the perfect salad for a hot summer day.

• The Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette tasted like a classic vinaigrette dressing and worked well with a house salad blend. The taste was quite strong, so you will likely not require a large amount of dressing on your salad.

• The Apple Poppyseed was sweet yet tangy at the same time. It tasted really good with a salad with nuts and cranberries. This was one of my favorites!

• The Champagne was a bit too tart for me. If you like Italian-style dressings, then you may find this one palatable. I am not a fan of Italian dressings, but my husband is and did not mind the taste of this dressing.

Unfortunately, we have been so busy there has not been much time to cook lately so I had to try each of the dressings on a salad. When things settle down, I am looking forward to using these dressings as an ingredient in some of the delicious looking recipes listed on their website.
