Vermont Nut Free Chocolate Company was founded by the mother of a little boy with a peanut allergy. The company is dedicated to assuring that they entire selection is completely safe for those with any tree nut or peanut allergy but can also be enjoyed by anyone who loves fine chocolates. Their gourmet chocolate truffles, fruit creams, mint creams, caramels, raisin clusters, chocolate bars and novelty items are made in small batches the old fashioned way from the finest nut free ingredients. All of their centers are hand made from scratch in their nut free facility and then individually dipped into premium chocolate before being hand packed and shipped fresh to you.
Vermont Nut Free Chocolates has a delicious line of Christmas and winter chocolates. I was given the opportunity to review three of their products.
Christmas Miniatures: This small snowman tote box is filled with 16 bite-sized Santas, Christmas trees, and snowmen. It is available in milk or dark chocolate and retails for $5.80. I received the milk chocolate option. My kids and I absolutely LOVED these candies. They were rich and delicious and melted right in my mouth. The shapes were adorable as well.
Holiday Snowmen: These bite-sized chocolates were individually wrapped in red, green, and silver wrappers and then contained in a decorative bag. There were 34 chocolates and it is also available in milk and dark chocolate which retails for $8.00. Again, this candy was unbelievably delicious. The wrapped design makes these perfect for inclusion in goodie bags for school or as a special treat in lunch boxes.
Chocolate Santa: This 4.5 oz large Santa is wrapped and perfect for a stocking stuffer. It is available in milk, dark and crispy chocolate and retails for $6.25. If I was not convinced at how great these chocolates were with the small bit size chocolates, then I am sold with this huge hunk of deliciousness infused with crisped rice. The details to the Santa were great and it will take my children some time to get through this one.
After sampling these chocolates, I can say with certainty that these are a great buy and will be well received as Christmas.
Gift Giving Guide: These chocolates would be a great gift for children and adults alike. They would make great stocking stuffers and great gifts for teachers, coaches, party hostesses, etc.
