Welch's Healthy Start wants to have you consider replacing your morning OJ with a glass of their grape juices and there are many benefits to making the switch. Healthy Start is 100% juice with no added sugar. It contains twice the antioxidant Vitamin C of orange juice. There are also two servings of fruit in every 8 oz glass. It is a good source of calcium and comes in three flavors: Grape, Blueberry Pomegranate Concord Grape, and White Grape Orange Mango.
I typically do not drink much juice and have to stay away from orange juice because of my stomach problems, but was very excited when I read the flavors of these new juices. Unfortunately, I could not find the product in two of my local grocery stores but I am going to keep trying!
