Yum Yum Dish Review

Childhood obesity is becoming a real problem in America and I often worry about my children because their genes are against them and they are built thick. Yum Yum Dishes were created by a mother who was concerned about her own eating habits as well as her children's.

Yum Yum dishes were created to help control portions for little ones at snack time. Each colorful ceramic bowl is designed to limit snack to 4 oz. They are dishwasher and microwave safe. Inside the bowl is painted "Yum Yum time is over".

We were given a yellow Yum Yum Dish to review. My daughter loves having her own bowls, plates and silverware so it was a hit from the get go with her.  I loved the bright color which is appealing to both children and adults.I definitely liked that it can be put in the dishwasher. I was very happy that the portion control worked as intended. As soon as Bella finished her bowl, she placed it in the sink without asking for more! I am slightly concerned that she will eventually drop and break the ceramic bowl because she is very clumsy so I have to remind her to be careful when she uses it. She loves to her bowl now at snack time and I am thrilled that she has likely decreased her sugar intake doing so.

Gift Giving Guide: This is actually a great gift for kids or adults who are concerned with limiting portions.  Since they are very attractive, then can be used for other purposes as well such as holding dip at your next holiday gathering!

Buy It Here: Yum Yum Dishes are available in sets of four. They come in one of each of the following colors: yellow, blue, red and green. They can be purchased from the Yum Yum Dishes website for $22.00.

I was provided with the above mentioned product for the purpose of facilitating this review. No other compensation was received and the views expressed here are my own.
