Pamela's Products is a company dedicated to creating delicious foods which are free from wheat and gluten. I have reviewed their products in the past and was very impressed by how tasty they are. Not once did I suspect that their products were "free" of anything! I was given the opportunity to review and feature their traditional cookies. Pamela's Products has been making their decadent all natural cookies since 1988 and they are available in the following flavors:

I cannot resist a chocolate chip cookie, so I opted to review the Chunky Chocolate Chip.The box contained 9 cookies and, like the other Pamela's Products foods, these did not disappoint. The chocolate chunks were HUGE and so incredibly tasty. The cookie itself was also really good. The only problem I had with the cookies was that they crumbled really easily. Many of the cookies were broken from the shipping, but even those that were not were quite messy. You really have to sit down with a napkin with these ones, they are not a take-and-run cookie. However, the taste is well worth the mess! In addition to being gluten and wheat free, these specific cookies are also non-dairy.
