I am always trying to find better ways to organize important papers. The Not Without My Dog Resource & Record Book
has everything you need for your dog in one journal-style book. The hard cover book has space for your dog’s vet records, emergency contacts, and other important information, with tips for positively training and enjoying your dog. It also includes sections on how to keep your dog from getting lost (and what to do if your dog is lost), how to use a microchip effectively, traveling with your dog, first aid tips, activities to do with your dog, and more.
I was thrilled to get a copy of this book to review. I was trying to find a system for organizing all of Butch's information and this is a really nice book. There is so much more to this book than I expected. There are clear pockets so I can place pictures of Butch in the book (which will be critical if he were to ever become lost). All of his immunization and heath information is now in one convenient location. There is tons of information in this book and I am sure than new and veteran dog owners can learn plenty. I also liked the sealed pocket feature in the back. The only thing I would have liked to see were some pockets to include even more papers. The sealed one in the back is fairly small and there is not a lot that can fit. I like to keep all of my vet paperwork and need a bit more room.
