If your goal is to live healthy, then you need to think about more than just the food you put in your mouth. Even the healthiest of eaters should look at their home environment and try to work on decreasing toxic chemicals. Simple Green is a company dedicated to creating effective cleaning products that are also safe and free from toxic chemicals.
I was given a bottle of Simple Green All Purpose Cleaner to review. I had the opportunity to review products from their Naturals line last year, so I had high expectations for this product. The cleaner comes in a concentrated solutions, which means one bottle will last a VERY long time. The kit I received came with a dilution bottle and a tip sheet for use. You are able to customize the amount of Simple Green solution you use based on whether you are doing light or heavy cleaning. The picture below illustrates how much, or should I say how little, solution you need to use for light cleaning! (Yes, that tiny green amount of liquid at the bottom of the bottle on the left is all you need!)
The product is non-toxic, biodegradable, non-hazardous, non-flammable, and non-corrosive. It is designed to be use for general, all-purpose cleaning. So, how does it work? Here is the before and after picture of my back door which was embarrassingly filthy:
I was able to clean the door with minimal scrubbing (there is some damage to the side of the doorknob, it is not dirt)! The product really did work great and the smell was practically non-existent. I am thrilled at the idea of using concentrated formula. Because this product can be used for multiple purposes, you can eliminate many of your other cleaners. Think of the money you will save!
