Country Bob's Cookbook Review & Giveaway!! **ENDED**

 

Last month I reviewed Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce and I quickly changed my mind about being an A1 fan. If you have never tried Country Bob's, then I highly suggest you do. I was thrilled when I was given the chance to review Country Bob's Cookbook. I figured if their recipes were as good as their sauce, I was in for a treat.

The cookbook is of a very high quality. It is hard cover and the pages are made with a thick paper. Each of the recipes has a an attractive border and contains a biblical reference. Of course there are plenty of recipes which use Country Bob's sauces, but there are other recipes as well (desserts!). There are a couple of full page mouthwatering pictures.  I have a funny feeling I am going to be using this cookbook a lot! It is organized into the following sections:  Appetizers, soups, and snacks; grilling; main dishes; and desserts.

I decided to try out one of the desserts and I am glad I did.  I made a Cherry Delight dessert which was incredibly easy to make and fun and delicious to eat.  My kids went nuts over this light dessert and I have already tabbed the recipe so I can make this for summer pot lucks!! The recipe was extremely easy to follow as it was clearly written.
