The probiotic kit comes in a package with instructions for proper use.  It is meant to be used twice a day on the 1^st and 7^th day of treatment and daily on the 2^nd-6^th day of treatment. Each treatment consists of brushing your teeth with the toothpaste contained in the kit and then dissolving the probiotic powder in water so you can swish and gargle it in your mouth. The toothpaste is not my favorite. It is fairly flavorless, but my mouth does not feel as fresh as it does when I use minty pastes. The probiotic powder had a slightly citrus taste and I liked the way my mouth felt following use. It was really easy to do and seven days of a couple minutes worth of gargling is well worth it if the claims turn out to be valid. Of course, it is hard to measure the effectiveness of the product without some time of scientific before and after type of experience. From my perspective, it can't hurt to try it out!
