The process of ordering is very easy. Like similar sites, you upload the picture(s) and choose the product you would like to personalize. The product can then be picked up in the store in about a week (give or take a few business days). You choose the CVS closest to you, pay online, and the store will call you when the product arrives.

Review: I was given the opportunity to review a latte mug. The ordering process was very easy and I was happy with the speed of upload. The only option I would have liked to see a way to preview the item online with the actual photos in place. My mug arrived to my local CVS in less than a week and it looked great (I used pictures of my dogs). The mug is a nice, thick ceramic and the picture is clear and the colors were true to life. My experience was truly great and I love the outcome. Rather than automatically resorting to an online only site, I will be first considering CVS!
