Review: Keratin Booster is to be taken daily (2 capsules with food). The capsules were a bit on the larger side, but they were not difficult at all for me to swallow. The product is meant to be taken for at least 90 days. I was only given a 30 day supply so it is likely that I may have seen more dramatic results if I took it for three full months. I did notice that my nails, which are usually very brittle, were a a bit stronger. My skin has been looking better but this may be due to having a slight tan. I have not noticed much change to my hair, but again I only took it for 1/3 of the minimum time frame. The price tag is a bit hefty, but if you have some serious problems with skin, hair, or nails, this could be more affordable than other treatments available and this is an organic option.
