I am having the family birthday party for my son this weekend and a friend part next weekend. He wanted a LEGO birthday and I had to get creative because I could not find much to support the party theme! I found these adorable marshmallow pops online and decided to make them.
Chocolate is not my strength so my husband and I had to try a few techniques before we could get these to work. Ultimately, the best method was to put both the large and small marshmallow on the stick and pour melted chocolate over it. After the candy hardened, I used edible food markers to draw the faces.
More on the party later. I just finished the cake tonight and I will post that after this weekend!
