Both of my kids love cereal. As I was doing back-to-school snack shopping, I was excited to hear about Betty Crocker Cereal Treats Bars. Now favorite cereals like Golden Grahams and Lucky Charms are available in a convenient snack bar. Cereal Treats Bars contain less than 140 calories per bar and are made with wholesome cereal. They are easy to pack in your child's lunch bag, and as an added bonus each box of Cereal Treats Bars has two (2) Box Tops for Education seals.
Review: I was given an awesome prize pack which featured the following:

The whole set really helped me get back into the school mode. I am always looking for new lunch snacks to keep my kids from getting bored with their meals. Since these two flavors happen to be two of our favorite cereals, I had high hopes. The Golden Graham treats feature delicious bits of marshmallows and chocolate chips and a chocolate dipped bottom. These treats were amazing. It was definitely as satisfying as a candy bar, but more wholesome thanks to the cereal. The Lucky Charms contains the same delicious cereal and shaped/colored marshmallows as the classic cereal with a sweet mixture of yogurt and sugar on the bottom. These babies are really sweet. The top of the bar tastes just like a bowl of the cereal and the bottom gives it an extra sweet punch. I did not mind the sweetness (in fact, I thoroughly enjoyed it), but I can see why some may find it to be a bit too rich. Bottom line: I will be buying these treats again for my kids and also plan to keep some in my work desk for a mid-day treat!
