Review: Since I work in a hospital, protecting myself and patients from harmful bacteria and viruses is very important. The pills are on the larger side, but I was able to swallow without a problem. It is a bit difficult to tell if I have not gotten sick since taking it because it is working or because I was not exposed to viruses. Nonetheless, I have been healthy since starting it!  I am someone who tends to get sick pretty easily, so I am definitely willing to try anything that is safe and gives me a better chance at staying healthy!
