Morphology is a fun new party board game requiring players to dip into a box of string, wooden sticks, glass beads, and colored cubes to create a designated object chosen from a deck of cards. Correctly guess the words your teammates build to be the first team to win. For more of a challenge, you may be asked to close your eyes, use your weaker hand, or only pick 5 objects to use while you creating your masterpiece. Each game includes 480 cards, 50 building pieces, a times, a die, and team pieces. The game is designed for ages 13+.
Review: This game is really a lot of fun. There are two different degrees of difficulty levels, but when there is a timer even the easy options are challenging and really get the players laughing as they try to create and then figure out what the item is. The game was a bit too advanced for my kids but it made for some fun adult time. My daughter is super creative so we did make our own version of the game where we would simply try to make the easy object and have each other guess what it is without using the timer. Check out the basketball game she made! She made a basketball player holding a ball and aiming it at a hoop.
