Natural House Cleaning Products Review and GIVEAWAY!!

Sponsored by Tomoson.com

Have you gone green yet? How about your household cleaners? It is amazing how many people I know who are environmentally conscious about their foods, cars, and recycling but choose cleaning products that are harmful to not  only our ecosystem, but also themselves! Natural House offers a line of  natural household cleaning products that are non-toxic, probiotic cleaning agents strong enough for commercial clean-up, yet safe and gentle for your family.

Their products use probiotics that create a beneficial, odor eating ecosystem to naturally drive out and digest odors at their source. Their plant-based ingredients are non-toxic and biodegradable. Traditional cleaners "clean" a surface for a moment in time. The second the rag is finished wiping the surface, that surface can become instantly polluted again with dust, dirt, and micro-organisms. Natural House probiotics creates mini-ecosystems on a microbial level that produces enzymes which break down odors, dirt, fats, oil, grease, food scraps, waste and toilet paper products on a continuous basis in between applications. This creates a clean, natural, balanced environment. You can see more about how Natural House works by watching this video:

Review: I was given a 30 day supply of three  natural household cleaning products to try: Flushy, Trashy, and Sinky.

Flushy is a toilet bowl cleaner plus drain and septic treatment in one.  To use, you pop the cleaning packet in the toilet, let it foam for 5-10 seconds, and then scrub the bowl with a brush before flushing.  Let's face it. No one likes cleaning a toilet so I am all for a product that keeps it clean and fresh all week long and only calls for a weekly cleaning. The product worked quite well. It foamed instantly and required very little scrub action to clean.  The toilet bowl did seem to stay cleaner throughout the week and I noticed that the bathroom itself seemed to smell a bit fresher. I appreciate that it is  non-toxic because I do have a Boxer who likes to drink out of the toilet when the kids forget to put down the seat!

Foaming action
Trashy is a weekly spray that you can use in your indoor and outdoor garbage cans to dissolve odors, grease, and food scraps.  Despite the fact that we use garbage bags in our cans, my children always seem to find a way to sneak garbage into the actual can.  Since I don't have time to scrub garbage cans every week, this is a really great alternative.  Trashy seemed to remove all smells instantaneously and continued to work well throughout the week until the next application.  I have used it on both indoor and outdoor cans with success. This is probably my favorite of the three products!

Sinky is a probiotic cleaning packet that breaks down  grease and food scraps to help prevent clogs and slow drains. It is used weekly and scours your drain and disposal.  This product worked great! We have an older disposal and find that it is frequently slow/clogged and very often is smells.  This product immediately eliminated the odors and the drain seemed to work better once running the disposal. The odors were not only immediately gone, but I found that the odor elimination worked throughout most of the week. By the 5th-6th day, I was ready to use another Sinky.

Overall, I really like these Natural House products. It is great that they only need to be used once a week and the effects continue. Did I mention how I adore the cute names of their products! I can see why the company earned the Retailers' Choice Award at the 2011 National Hardware Show.
