When I hear "Martha Stewart" I think of baking and home decor. I never would image a Martha Stewart pet line, but the products, available at PetSmart, are fabulously designed just like her home decor lines! After all, why should humans be the only fabulously dressed beings in the home!
Raincoat: Martha Stewart's Pets Raincoat is designed to keep your pet free from raindrops while sporting a fabulous design. The poncho is made of 100% Polyester with polyurethane coating. It has an elasticized neck and a removable, snap-on hood. There is a leash collar opening at the upper back with a tag cover.
Online, the largest size available is a "large". I have a Boxer who is quite skinny but has a very broad chest and I have a Bulldog. Neither of these dogs fit into the raincoat which was a reach shame because it was absolutely adorable. It had an adorable pattern of pink bones on the bright orange coat. It was a nice, light material and was truly waterproof (I tested it in the sink). If you have a smaller dog who does not enjoy walks in the rain, then you may want to give this raincoat a try especially considering the affordable $12.47 price tag.
Collar: Martha Stewart's Pets Houndstooth Collar with Flowers is seriously the most adorable collar I have ever seen. Made of nylon with a flower accent, the collar offers comfortable wear
and features plastic hardware and a sturdy, metal D-ring. The collar can
be wiped clean for easy upkeep.
The collar is extremely sturdy and the straps can be easily adjusted. The flower accent is so cute! I love to have my Bulldog wear girly items because she looks so rough and tough but is a princess on the inside (hence her name, Princess Buttercup). This is a nicely constructed collar and even without the decorative accents, this would be a great collar to own. She is pretty comfortable wearing it and it does not seem to bother her at all. Plus, the cost ($7.97) is great!
