Happy 4th of July! Potluck Dessert Recipe

Happy Independence Day everyone! I made this super delicious dessert for a picnic today and thought I would share with all of you. It is SO yummy!!

Peanut Buster Parfait

Ingredients:
2 cups peanuts
1 cup flour
1 stick butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
3 cups cold milk
1 cup powdered sugar
8oz cream cheese
6 cups whipped cream
2 packages chocolate pudding
2 medium Hershey bars

First layer: Mix 2/3 cups peanuts, flour, and stick of butter in a food processor until crumbly. Press mix evenly in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool.

Second layer: Cream peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 3 cups whipped cream in food processor until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
Third layer: Mix pudding and milk until thickens and add layer.

Fourth layer: Add remaining whipped cream.

Fifth layer: Mix Hershey bars with 3/4 cup peanuts with steel blade in food processor until fine. 

Best if made 1 day ahead - refrigerate
