Master Lock Sweepstakes!

Young adults are exposed to identity theft and other forms of security threats more than people of any other age. To combat this trend, Master Lock® is launching “The Master Combo Challenge,” an interactive game accessible through the company’s Facebook page. Students and their parents can play the game to not only discover tips on how to stay safe at school but the best products that will keep their possessions secure.

The “Master Combo Challenge” also offers parents and their students a chance to win back-to-campus-themed prizes, including the new Set-Your-Own Combination SafeSpace™ Laptop Computer Lock. Play the game and ensure that a safe, secure, and successful school year lies ahead for both you and your childrenBeginning today through September 28, consumers can visit to participate  for a chance to win. The game asks participants to answer a variety of Master Lock and campus security trivia questions to earn sweepstakes entry points. All participants can then advance to the bonus level to play a timed lock animation game to earn additional points that garner sweepstakes entries. Sweepstakes winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

What is the best advice I have for students? Don't get too comfortable and assume that your priceless electronics and other products are safe. Not that we want our youth to be paranoid about theft, but it is important to be safe rather than sorry! Young adulthood is no time to have to deal with the start of identity theft!

I am entering a contest for a Master Lock back-to-school prize pack as a member of the Mom Bloggers Club.
