I had a good diet plan for the week, but summer is hard because it seems like we have social events every week and social events always mean there will be tons of great food to eat. However, when your choice for dinner is limited to just hot dogs, white bread, and chips it is really hard to figure out what to do. Yes, I could eat before I go but then you end up being bombarded with questions over why you are not eating, if you are not feeling well, etc. So, I would choose to eat one helping of food and skip the dessert - not an easy feat!
Honestly, the last 1.5 pounds were not necessarily lost on purpose. I have had a nasty stomach bug over the past 2 days. Not exactly a fun way to lose weight (but an effective one whether you like it or not!)
