Accountability is an amazing motivator. Looking at pictures of myself, squeezing into too-tight pants, and health problems were not enough to make me want to lose weight but having to post my weight for thousands of readers every week is enough to keep me on track! I am really happy with my weight loss this week. Although not doing formal exercises, I was very active through this past weekend - so active that I hurt my back. My ability to be active has been pretty limited so I have had to be extra careful about what I eat. But I am telling you, there are Snickers Ice Cream bars taunting me in my freezer!
I think my weight loss this past week is in part due to some great products I am reviewing to include GNC Total Lean, Konsyl Fiber, and Balance Bars - not to mention some great fresh fruit I got at a Farmer's Market. I have a blender on order so I can make some delicious smoothies at home too! Other things I am doing is stopping eating dinner when I am full (and I think my stomach may be shrinking a bit), walking when my back and weather permit, and increasing my fiber intake.
