UNREAL Candy Review

Ever since I made a commitment to losing weight I have found myself more and more aware of the disgusting artificial flavorings that go into junk food. UNREAL candy believes that you can enjoy delicious candy products without the artificial flavorings or colors, corn syrup, and hydrogenated oils.

Review:  I received a free product coupon but it was almost impossible to find the single serve packages. I went to CVS, Rite Aid and Walgreens and struck out. I finally was able to find some at Michael's.  There are quite a few flavors to choose from. Always a fan of chocolate and peanut butter combos, I selected Unreal 77 Peanut Butter Cups to try.  As someone who tries to minimize waste, I was pleased to see that the peanut butter cups did not have individual wrappers like Reese's Cups. Who really needs them anyway!  I will say that the taste was a bit bitter. Even though it was milk chocolate, it left a bit of a bitter aftertaste similar to dark chocolate.  There was a bit more chocolate, especially on the sides  than I am used to. At first I wasn't really a fan of the taste, but it kind of grew on me as I made my way through the package (1/2 at a sitting since I am still trying to lose weight). At $1.19, it is worth a try if you are trying to minimize unhealthy additives but still crave sweets here and there.

Buy it here: You can purchase UNREAL candy at CVS, Walgreens, Food4Less, Fred Meyer, Kroger, Michael's, Ralph's, Rite Aid, and Staples.

I was provided with the above mentioned product as a BZZ Agent. No other compensation was received and the views expressed here are my own.
