What is more fun than sharing a drink with a friend or partner? Answer: sharing a frozen drink with a friend or your partner! Review: My mom makes a really great "slush" made with whiskey but since wine is my preferred alcoholic beverage, I have been on the look-out for a slush that I could serve at my home using wine instead of liquor. I received the assortment of Vino-Licious products to review as well as a box of Cracker Smack.  The Vino-Licious mixes were very easy to prepare. There are several options for preparation but I found the most useful to be to mix it as described on the box and freeze it overnight in a zip lock bag. When you are ready to consume, you could simply break the frozen mixture up through the bag. Each mixture calls for 1 bottle of wine, water, and the mix. Since I am the only drinker in the house, I did some calculations so that I could make single serving drinks instead of an entire pitcher (3 oz of wine and water for every 1.5 oz of mixture worked great). I did find that I needed to add some water the following day when I was ready to drink and preferred to sip it with a straw.

Here were some of my favorites:

Margarita

• The Peach Bellini had a very light and refreshing taste. It tasted like a peach schnapps slush! The fruit taste was very prominent. I used a Pinot Grigio wine which turned out to be the perfect one to use. 
• The Sangria was a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Sangrias are one of my favorite mixed drinks so I could not wait to try it. I mixed it with a Cabernet and the result was a delicious drink that tasted like a high quality sangria I would get at a club or restaurant.
•  The Blueberry Pomegranate had a more sour taste, as you probably could expect, and the flavor was quite bold. I like pomegranates, but since they are sour I could probably really only drink one of these on any given evening.
• The Margarita was surprisingly delicious. I typically do not drink this beverage but this mix may have just changed my mind.  It was a perfect sweet/sour blend and one that I really enjoyed.

The Cracker Smack was easy to make but requires it to sit overnight so you would need to do some planning ahead if you planned to serve it for an event.  You simply place Cracker Smack in the mixing bag  provided for you in the package, add 1& 1/2 cups of canola or olive oil, and 4 tubes of your favorite saltines. Toss several times to coat crackers evenly and then toss every 10-15 minutes for an hour and let sit overnight.  My husband thought the Cracker Snack was good but it was much too spicy for my taste. In fact, my hubby described it as really hot...a bit too much so to just routinely snack on. This is a nice snack, however, if you are someone who enjoys spicy foods.

A bag was included with the mix so all you need to add are saltines.
